This train station needed some exterior updates. Our team completed this historical restoration while still following the strict requirements while completing updates on a historical property.
After years of abuse from the young children throwing balls and rocks against the gymnasium exterior during recess. Greenwich Public Schools contracted with Scholar Painting to restore the exterior metal panels on the building. It took 4 highly trained painters over 450 man hours to bring the exterior back to original condition.
This stairwell required intense cleaning and, once stripped of all the rust and grime, was recoated with bright white paint and outfitted with non-slip grips on the steps.

At the XL Chiller Plant, we had to carefully spray the ceiling and walls with new paint while avoiding the newly patched concrete floors as well as the facility's equipment, the electrical box, and the stairs.
