Challenge
For this structure it was important to strip all previous coatings with an extra heavy power washing removal. One of the challenges was the need to be careful with stripping the coating. Another challenge was that the team had to work during off hours because of it being a high traffic area so we needed to ensure there was no overspray damage to pedestrians.
Solution
This extra heavy power washing helped to remove all residue, mold, mildew and last remnants of previous coatings. Once removed we were able to apply a new coat of painting to the exterior of the building.
