Challenge
The Eli Terry Retitement Community had a tremendous amount of rotting wood and studding around the building beneath the previously placed siding. This coupled with the quick time frame required to complete the job proved to be a challenge. The previously installed airconditioning units had to be removed to prevent future rotting of the wood beneath the siding.
Solution
The previous siding was removed before the rotted wood was replaced as wel as the studding. Due to the fact that this was a time sensitive job, speed was necessary to ensure the safety of the residents and the building itself.
