Challenge
For this project there was extensive water damage throughout the building due to a busted pipe inside the University. Unfortunately, there was damage to dozens of classrooms, offices, labs and hallways.
We were presented with some challenges but as always we were able to persevere and still complete the project with a quick turnaround time. This project needed to be completed quickly and safely so that we were not disturbing the students and faculty even though the school was occupied at the time and the damaged areas were large.
Solution
A large crew was required to be able to complete timely and with minimal interruption. Due to the many areas affected throughout the building it required there to be a lot of matching of colors that had to be done to each area.
We made sure to give the customer the best quality products which included Sherwin Williams 200 zero primer, 200 zero topcoat as well as Shermax caulk.
