After power-washing
After power-washing was done much of the areas of rot were exposed. Paint removal and carpentry work now begins.

More rotted wood was exposed, our carpenters spend 2 days replacing wood and cedar shakes around the house.
Rear deck before
The existing deck coating has failed and washed away leaving the bare wood exposed to the weather.

After a heavy power wash and sanding, a high quality Ben Moore deck stain was applied to the entire decking surface.
