Carole has been with Scholar Painting and Restoration for about four years now and has been able to receive multiple certifications which include OSHA 30 and Lead RRP. Prior to working at Scholar Carole had over 10 years of experience in bookkeeping, management, and sales. Carole has been a part of companies with work that included excavation or roads, sewer, and storm drain installation as well as extensive construction work on nuclear plants, airports, naval bases, bridges and warehouses.
In Carole's current role she helps to plan a develop strategic plans for projects, creates and leads a team of works for the project and monitors project preparedness. Carole makes sure to meet all deadlines, solve issues as they arise, ensure the project is cost-efficient and communicates throughout the project with the clients which also helps to build relationships.
The best about Carole's job is that construction changes minute to minute so it is never boring and there is always a good use of problem solving. Carole likes being active and the daily interactions with clients, workers and co-workers.
When Carole is not working, she enjoys doing activities with her friends and family, reading as well as researching topics that interest her.
