Field Operations Manager

Experience: 5 years of Commercial/ Industrial coating, Historical Restoration

• Experience managing field operations in a construction environment.
• Manage Scheduling and Resource Assignment
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Ability to read blueprints
• OSHA10 Certification required; OSHA30 a Plus
• RRP Certification a Plus
• Ability to conduct Safety Training; Enforce OSHA safety regulations
• Basic computer skills: Email, Excel spreadsheets

Type of Customers and Projects you will be Managing:
Municipality- State and Federal Projects Working Directly with end users
General Contractors, Historical Restoration Customers, Churches, museums, and other places of worship, Higher education, offices, large facilities.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Full management of field operations for the company
• Setting up new projects, schedule future projects with Project Managers and Salesman
• Meet with potential and contracted customers to discuss projects, scheduling, etc.
• Review projects with customers, Foreman, and Project Managers before start
• Daily and Weekly walk-arounds with customers
• Daily check-in with the project foreman or Project Managers
• Manage sub-contractors performance and quality of work.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues on the job site as they arise.
• Must be able to manage 5 - 8 ongoing projects at a time as well as oversee the day-to-day activities of the coating production team.
• Ability to efficiently schedule field visits to maximize time and field coverage.
• Valid Driver’s License and must have a CLEAN driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
