Challenge
Some challenges that were presented with this project included that the project needed to be completed before the winter and the work was being completed around a fully occupied building.
Solution
This project included a large exterior waterproofing area. The team completed a heavy power washing, did some caulking and then was able to apply a 3-coat Sherwin William's waterproofing system to the exterior of the structure to protect from exterior water leaks.
