Albany Parking Garages - Repair & Preventative Maintenance
Challenge
Our garage repair and renovation experts sandblasted or jackhammered damaged sections of concrete in order to repair them with new concrete, waterproofed and sealed the garage’s problem areas, cleaned and refreshed the paint on the stairwells, and added non-slip gripping on the stairwell steps. One of our challenges was accommodating parked or parking drivers while still getting work done in a timely manner.
Solution
To get around the challenges of patrons using the parking garage as well as the traffic in and out of the garage, we sectioned off areas in order to get those done completely before moving on to the next section. This way we avoided the individuals using the garage while still allowing them entry and getting our own work done in an efficient manner.
